[HAIR & BEAUTY] Thin Hair? C U Later!

23 comments
I have been on a journey recently to make my hair much thicker and fuller, so i have been investigating so many remedies and ways of achieving this.
I have stumbled across so many crazy ideas that probably work, I just did not have the guts to try them ha!
For example, egg and avocado mixed together as a hair mask. This does not sound very appealing as I dislike the taste of avocado's let alone putting them on my head.

However I have found easier remedies such as, Extra body products by Paul Mitchell this does work I assure you it gives your hair the volume and boost that you want on a daily basis. You see results immediately which is always a good sign and it smells great.

You can get these products where ever you are in the world, just locate a store that sells Paul Mitchell products, or you can use the link below;

If you already have used hair thickening products and this has not worked for you, then you may want to try vitamins as they work just as well.
However this may take much longer to see results and they may vary in terms of what your lacking in your body.

Here are a few good vitamins that help your hair to grow and maintain thickness that you could be loosing from using a lot of heat when styling your hair.

Vitamin E- Helps the circulation of blood in your scalp which results in the speed in which your hair grows. It also helps dry hair and prevents split ends contains antioxidant properties that protect your hair from substances that can make your hair brittle.
Vitamin C- Helps your body absorb iron which is important for healthy hair development, lack of vitamin C can make your hair dry and split.
Biotin/ Vitamin H- Biotin helps thicken your hair by treating hair that may be brittle or breaking, it keeps your hair strong and can attack disorders such as Alopecia.
All these products will help to thicken your hair over a period of time, so do not give up and keep taking them, I have given myself a 6 month period of taking these vitamins everyday and changing my diet requirements as eating healthy is just as important as taking these vitamins.
However be very careful and go to the doctors if you do not know what your body is lacking in terms of these vitamins as taking too many could lead to problems also.

I will be posting more of my hair thickness journey, so I will keep you updated on how good each product I take actually is.

Happy hair growing :)

  9. I'll most definitely be looking out for this b/c I hate my thin hair! Currently on biotin and folic acid (which I'm almost convinced it's better than biotin). I have been wanting to try Paul Mitchell hair products as I'm unfamiliar...might have to hop on it now! Thanks.
