My Love For SANDRO...

Sandro is the epitome of cool, the very fact that the company is headed by a mother and son partnership is exciting for me, nothing like keeping the business in the family.

Evelyne Chetrite focuses on the womenswear collection where her eye for detail makes Sandro the interesting label that is. Her son Ilan Chetrite is the man behind the menswear seasonal collections that have been said to be revisited classics with a chic edge.
The brand was born in paris 1984, their first hit the patterned patchwork dresses with bubble sleeves which was quickly classed as bohemian chic.
The first Sandro boutique was opened on Rue Vieille du Temple in the heart of the Marais now Sandro has a huge following globally, with 202 boutiques worldwide.

Sandro has always been a brand that stood out for me when shopping in London, just because you can really sense the distinctly French feel of the brand. The clothes have such flare yet still stay true to the classics that you cannot refuse to have in your wardrobe, such as the iconic blazer, ripped jeans and various leather pieces from skirts to jackets.

The edge of this brand is what makes Sandro so special, I am in love with the spring summer' 13 look book and will definitely be purchasing the ripped jeans and a few of the printed dresses which their so well known for.

Enjoy guys.

SS13 Inspiration: IRO

IRO, IRO, IRO

This is definitely a brand worth seeking, I am very much obsessed and in love with it. There SS13 Collection for women & men, is everything.
Although the jackets can set you back a hefty £370 and their leathers £790, it is all relative to how long you would probably wear it for after.
Everybody loves a cheap buy, but will you be wearing it for the rest of your life is the question, along with the quality of the product?

The French owners and brothers Laurent and Arik Bitton bring their background of music into their clothing brand and it reflects in their designs.
The distinctive feature of this brand is the rock and roll influence the duo add to their collections it was once, an intimate label but has expanded to a fully fledged brand.

I for sure will be saving my pennies to buy something from this collection as I think it is phenomenal and I know the quality is reflective of the price, so it takes the edge of (just a little bit).

Here are a few of my favourites from the SS13 collection.

You can purchase from the website IRO or buy at Matches, Net-A-Porter and Shopbop

[OBSESSED] Androgynous Eat Your Heart Out.

I do not feel the Androgynous style will ever leave the realms of the fashion world and I LOVE IT! Being able to rock a pants suit and still look feminine is one of the greatest feelings ever. Being neither distinguishably masculine or feminine is what androgynous is all about.

From the boom of The Kooples where by females are having tendencies to dress more like their spouse the trend has been a wildfire, that I feel makes fashion so much more fun and interesting. Women should never just be bound to skirts and dresses, the suit is so chic and can accentuate a women's true figure.

So why not swap the LBD for the new year for a "Little Black Suit" here are some examples;

If you do not want to go as far as getting a whole trousers suit, then you can always opt for a blazer and shorts to add more of a feminine edge:

The first three looks can be found here Zara Women and the last three The Kooples Women.

I will definitely be sporting the last look to a few events this year. What will you be wearing?

:)
Ps- A little music for you to shop too.

Happy New Year to all my followers.

[NEED IT NOW] LES PLUS DORÉS

FINALLY. One of my favourite brands has come to the UK and landed in one of my favourite boutiques in Central London 'Browns Focus".

Les Plus Dorés which stands for "The Most Golden" is a unique brand which emblazons designers names and the year they were born across football styled shirts. They were an instant hit over the summer and in the "fashion blogosphere", they were very hard to get hold of as only a limited amount were produced, however the "Slimane 68" edition is now available online at Browns Fashion.

This brand breaks the de-gendering boundaries in fashion, girls look equally as cool as guys in these T-Shirts, who run the world? Girls.

What designer will you be rocking?

Do not miss, purchase yours online now. Happy shopping.
